We are now strengthening our Technical Documentation & Digital Solution organization and looking for a
CHIEF DOCUMENTATION ENGINEER / PROJECT LEADER
to manage the complete documentation area in Citec’s customer projects.
In this role you will work closely with our customers to ensure documentation is delivered on time and according to the project requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is located primarily in Vaasa, but also Citec offices in Turku, Espoo, Tampere, Pietarsaari or Oulu can be an option.
· Manage multi-discipline documentation projects in terms of scope, timetable, deliverables, quality, risks and change management
· Act as main contact for documentation area related matters towards customer and internally
· Prepare hour estimates and budgets
· Ensuring quality within project and fulfilling agreed requirements
· Supporting sales activities.
To succeed in the position, you have minimum 5 years of experience working with technical documentation. Experience of a project management role is seen as an advantage. To be successful in this role, you need to have a service-minded and pro-active customer-oriented approach and goal-oriented way of working. Communicating fluently, both written and spoken, in English is mandatory in this position. Besides this, previous project management experience and technical experience/interest is seen as benefit.
