Job description

Possible locations: Vantaa (HQ), Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Munich or Vienna

 

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of Caverion’s buying process. In this position you will work closely with stakeholders from several Caverion countries as well as from Caverion Group.  

Caverion has engaged into a transformation of its procurement function. We aim to improve customer-centricity by empowering people in the field to procure materials and services through a modern and efficient procurement process.

A cornerstone of that change is a renewed, streamlined and mobile buying process. Buying process renewal covers executing requisition to pay activities with digital means, and the process design should be optimised for both Project and Service businesses. The aim is to have all spend managed proactively through a controlled buying process.

You will be responsible for the detailed development of the to-be process and the definition of Division-specific journeys towards that. In addition, you will be responsible - with Division-specific project managers – for the deployment of the new process including change management and communications related to this new way of working at Caverion.

One of the Core Competences needed to succeed in this position is a strong skillset in project management. We also expect you to be able to bring people along with clarity of direction combined with humble attitude to work hands on and help other people progress and succeed. Since change is always challenging, you need to have stamina, patience, and capability of seeing the good and talking about it.

To succeed in this position you should have at minimum a master's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of work experience on:

  • Proven project management and people leadership skills in international environment
  • Experience of modern procurement processes
  • Experience of buying process related tool implementation is considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English skills (other languages considered as an advantage)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Capability and willingness to travel
