Tehtävän kuvaus Sales Manager VFS Finland


Your position is within the VFS Customer Finance – Region Nordic organization and is based out of our brand new Finnish Offices in Vantaa. You will manage a small team in Finland and report to the Sales Director of VFS Nordic, located in Copenhagen.

We are really passionate about people, ease of doing business and customer success. We work closely with our business areas and dealers to ensure a smooth purchase experience and offer a funding solution that best meets our customers’ needs.

In your role as Sales Manager you cooperate with a number of people; your team members, the VFS Credit and Operations organisation and other colleagues at Volvo, dealers, customers and many other stakeholders. You need to value other people and be able to establish good relationships with people around you.

As we want to use our time with our customers and answer to their needs, we want to make it easy for us all to do business. Are you active and able to move things forward when you spot things that need to be improved?

In this role you are responsible for managing the commercial activities of Volvo Financial Services Finland and the achievement of VFS sales, yield, market penetration, customer satisfaction and productivity objectives. Are you a business driver?

You need to have experience in selling financial products and managing a performing credit portfolio. We appreciate knowledge of our business areas, but that is not mandatory as long as you have the ability and desire to learn.

In this role you need to be fluent in Finnish and English. We also use Swedish, but as long as you understand it, you are fine.
